I performed Microsoft Update and now have problem shutting down or restarting I get 0028:C02A37A8 VXD VWIN32(05) i cant find any info on this fatal exception anywhere on the web

I had experienced a problem myself after applying a patch downloaded from M$ itself. I got around it by doing a scanreg / restore. If you are aware of doing a scanreg/restore, do so and post back, else post back and let us know, we will guide you to it... there may be another way of getting around this problem, which someone may psot...wait for a while...this is weekend you know :)
