I don't think I've ever heard of a screen saver using a network password specifically. You can set up a screen saver password (which you can make the same as the network password), but you would have to change this everytime you changed the network password. If you don't mind having a separate password for the screensaver, you can set this up by going into the display properties (right-click on desktop, go to properties), and clicking on the screensaver tab. There should be a box to check for password protection, and a section where you can change or set this password.
This is not as secure as WinNT / Win2K, however. If you are really concerned about security when you are away from your PC, you should consider upgrading the OS so that you can lock the workstation.
