7 things on IRQ 9, need help to change

I need to change the 7 things on IRQ 9, no conflicts but my soundcard is on IRQ 9 and my klipsch 4.1 speakers make a hiss/buzz staticky noise, so it is unplesent to listen to all of my mp3s, movies and games, and this affects the other 6 things on their, i have a bunch of irqs like 2, 5, 7, 10, and 11, and i want my soundcard and video card and other things imortant on thier own irq. I cant upgrade my bios cause to manufacturers made my motherboard and dont have updates, im running xp pro and need to change my irqs! help
