I have dowloaded certain Screensavers which are running slow and therefore a window opens and advises that I need to install "openGL 3D accelerated video card" 2. Where can I download these from?? 3. I am using Pentium IV. 4. Thanks in advance

Are you sure that you have a video card that supports 3D? If you do, then get the Microsoft 3D update from the Windows Update site.

It's telling you your current hardware isn't up to the task at hand.
You cannot download a video card using today's technology.

Video 'card' is hardware, video 'drivers' are software. Sometimes even the suppliers muddle these two up when they are talking about software features, which adds to the confusion.
At the end of the day the software can only tell the hardware what to do. Whether it is capable of doing it depends on the hardware itself.
