When trying to install the network adapter card into my Compaq LTE 5200 laptop, I keep getting an error message saying: The NDIS.vxd, NTKERN.vxd device loader(s) for this device could not load the device driver. (Code 2)
Set it up again. Something didn't install correctly. In network configuration make sure you have a network adapter, a protocol and a client loaded.

Are your pcmcia drivers working? If other devices are working then you are safe. You may need to manually install the drivers from a floppy (go to 3com.com to get them).
