Can my 3 yr old computer software be upgraded? Works fine, but know I'm way behind the pack of what's out there. Will I need new drivers as well? Please e-mail.

It depends on the software - if you want state-of-the-art (or even just current) stuff you'll probably find you need to upgrade the hardware as well, to cope with it. If what you've got does what you want, let it be. If you want to get up to date, you might be better changing your whole system, maybe going for something with bundled software. Just upgrading your hardware to cope with new software might be OK (depends what you've got) but you might find that doing it component by component (more RAM, bigger disk, new video card ....)actually works out dearer than a whole new system.
