Since you posted your O/S as your CPU, and you're in this forum.....
Open Device Manager, expand the key with your installed modem, choose Properties, and you should find the Comm port selection box within this.

Thanks Dan Penny, I can find this info, although when I format my hard drive and reload windows how do I load my drivers under Com Port 5, again thanks for the input.

Drivers are loaded for a hardware device. They should apply to the device where ever the device is set up to operate from.
ie; Once you load windows, go through device manager to load the drivers for the modem, then set the modem for Comm port 5.
