2 instances of DMA Controller

Comment:
I recently upgraded my motherboard, CPU, memory and hard-drive without a new Win 98SE reinstall - problem is it takes weeks to set things up again (for various reasons).
In Device Manager, I now have 2 instances of Direct Memory Access Controller the second (lower) of which has a yellow exclamation mark. Can anyone advise on whether this should just be deleted? Looking in Accessories, System Tools, System Information, Hardware Resources and DMA I get only one instance of Direct Memory Access Controller on DMA 4. DMA 2 has the floppy disk drive controller whilst my old Soundblaster AWE ISA card is occupying DMA's 3 and 7. The rest are all free.
Summary: Getting 2 instances of keyboard drivers showing up in Start - Settings - Control Panel - Keyboard, the first shows ok, the 2nd has a yellow exclaimation point by it and shows unable to configure drive...
Summary: You may also want to check the regedit in Windows Explorer. There is an option to hide all instances of the control panel. It would be under WINDOWS -> regedit..or you can run it from the RUN command...
