Hi im using windows 98 first edition and have just set up a multi user thing (not on a network) just about everytime i have loged on and windows has just loaded this message comes up the blue screen.
A Fatal exception OE has occurres at 0028:C0044572 in VxD VFAT(01)+0000D6A.
Any help please would be good, i have looked everywhere?

Thanks but taht hasnt helped! an more suggestions, im thinking its some sort of memory problem as i get other ones the same but wif different numbers from opening to many programmes!

In that case, have you tried replacing/increasing your memory? That may do the trick.
