Go to www.microsoft.com and search their knowledge base on win32sys.exe and they have the fix there...

It is not a virus! It is a file the you NEED for your computer to download more software! So you need to get it!!

win32sys.exe IS a virus(aps trojan)..now there may actually be a win32sys.exe file in windows but if there is I have never heard of it and if it's located c:\windows THAT'S a virus
