hd (new one) makes noise after few minutes; also a: drive makes noise/ also in the sleeping mode/ was extra memory installed/ when hd makes noise, pc becomes slow/hangs/ fatal exeption 014f:bff9a07c error message

Is there any relation of adding new memory to the HD problems?

And what means fatal exeption 014f:bff9a07c?

Can anybody help me, I need to help a customer and I've been working for a month on the problem.

Try taking out the ram that you installed and seeing if the problem goes away. If it does make sure that the ram that you have is good and also make sure that it is the correct type of ram for your computer.
