In my device driver there is an exclamation point next to plug and play. I updated the drivers and now it is telling me that the hardware version is not available. Do I need to reload windows 98?

My Windows is 1e 5. My RealPlayer now is Realplayer5. I have the sound card too. I still cannot get my excite voice mail to open!
