the screen is blue and you have to reboot computer. This happens most of the time on Sierra's GABRIEL KNIGHT, BLOOD OF THE DAMNED.
WE RUN WINDOWS 98 WITH 64MB RAM ON A PENTIUM II PROCESSOR 350 MHZ, ATI XPERT 128 (video card) 16M AGP, CD SPEED IS 40X.

Your Video Card might require a patch. Download from ATI.

my computer keepgiving fatal error 002,c0005338 (01)+00004338 and it wont turn on it goes straight to blue screen with the same error what should i do no one has been able to help
