I have a bit of a problem... my laptop wont let me into Regular windows or Safe-Mode Windows be cause an IOSUBSYS error. However i can get into DOS. It will go though its normal Boot up string, and then when its just about done loading windows, it comes up with a black screen and says the following:
"While initalizing device IOS Error: An I/O subsystem driver failed to load. Either a file in the .\iossubsys sub directoy is currupted, or the system is low on memory.

If you have an AMD-K6-2 you must download a patch from microsoft. Visit AMD site.
If you have not an AMD, Iīm sorry I donīt know.
