From your PC or laptop manufacturer's website - they are the only people who can supply you with the correct recovery media for your model. With most laptops there is usually a utility installed by the manufacturer which allows you to make your own set of recovery discs from the hidden recovery partition on the hard drive - are you aware of this?
If you have a computer that came with Win8 pre-installed, all you need to do is create the restore DVDs by running the built-in disc creator software. You only have one shot so make sure you do it correctly.
