trouble with e-mail using windows 8

my e-mail keeps reloading from the 8 to present day. also I keep getting a error message
0X800CCC0F every time I log in to e-mail. I am using avg as my anti-virus protection. what
can I do to correct this.

According to the Internet, you can disable/remove AVG.
