I upgraded from Micro Soft Windows XP to Windows 8 Pro. I cannot load my Yahoo mail. I have down loaded PC Fix and completely cleaned my computer. I have also deleted history and cookies.

If it's just that one website you're having trouble with, I would contact Yahoo Mail. as the problem may be at their end.
