Is there a way to associate programs in groups on the desktop ? This was so easy with good-ol' Windows 7 (after XP ...).

Hi guapo, I knew about "Classic Shell", but I hesitated to take the plunge. Further to reading your sugested article, I installed it and it looks to work nicely.
You can actually create and display a folder on the desktop, then drag program icons within it.
Thanks for your help and have a nice day.
