I have Windows 8 And I have been trying to watch Netflix without success, I get a warning page with the error code N8156-6013. I have been told I will have to delete a file in Silverlink but can't get into the folder to delete the file, I have tried the search engine by typing %programadata% but it will not let me in.
Silverlink? - I never heard of it. Are you sure you don't mean Microsoft "Silverlight"?
It's easy to get into that folder in Windows 7 just using Windows Explorer, but I don't know about Windows 8, never used it.
