Please explain fully what you are wanting to do, and why. You cannot change C: to D: if C: is the drive which contains the OS. You can only change drive-letters for drives which don't have an OS or applications installed on them.
If you have more than one SATA HDD in the computer case with separate OS on them ( not dual-booting ), then you can change in BIOS which drive you want to boot directly to. Is this what you want to do ? CoolGuy
