So, i just installed windows 7 build 6801 onto my 2nd computer. It will not get past the load up screen now. As im doing the startup repair, it gives me a cmd.exe. Is there anything i can do, or should i just find a different build (like 7022) and try that?

I'd try to get a hold of build 7000 or later,
the official Beta was build 7000
it works for me with a bit of tweaking

quite a bit more appealing than Vista was/is
