what networks will domain join work with? Just microsoft networking or with any network os that employs a domain controller?

"networks will domain join work with? Just microsoft networking" - So far windows has only been able to join Microsoft active directories without 3rd party software installed

"any network os that employs a domain controller?" - This will depend on wether the client software for that domain will work with windows 7, but as it is to be launched soon most vendors will likely be producing updated clients to support it soon anyway
