Overall i am happy with windows 7 as i have the 64 bit version of windows 7 pro on , I want to Add more memmory. SO for the last few days since i installed it (which on the installation it froze when i put 6GB in took the additional 4GB OUT it installed fine leaving it with 2GB) i have been testing it so to speak with the basic memmory on i had in originally 2GB then ran that for a a day or 2 ok gradually installing all my original programs no problems then i decide trying it with another 2GB all is ok runs fine run for a day or 2 no problem I go to add my final stick of 2GB to give me 6GB and it freezes at the start up screen in in general freaks out i know its early days what would anyone sudgest. am i running 7 ampley and then some with 4GB ? the ram i am attempting to use is the OCZ GOLD PC 2 6400 in have one stick in atm would like to add the other ,my memmory slots support dual channel The simplest solutions are the best and they are often save you money
