Hi, I just went from using Windows XP Pro x64 to Windows 7 x64.
Any FPS game I played on XP I would get a constant ping of 10-25 in any Chicago based server. After going over to Windows 7, any Chicago server I join I get over 100 ping...and I don't know what is wrong. I've done the speed test, and I'll post three ping traces to three Chicago servers, I'm running off a cable modem, with no router, until as of today when I installed 7, I never had any ping issues before. It also seems like my ping issues only coincide with only games I play. My ping on Ventrilo, anything else are normal.

Ah...forgot to post my system specs...
OS: Windows 7 x64
CPU: AMD Athlon 64-Bit Processor 3700+ ~2.2GHz
Memory: 1024MB RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 504MB
Sound Card: Realtek AC'97 Audio
Monitor(s) Displays: COMPAQ FP745A Analog Flat Panel Monitor
Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768
Keyboard: Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: Logitech G5 Gaming Mouse
Hard Drives: WDC WD1000BB-00CAA1 ATA Device 93.1 GB Hard Drive.
Internet Speed: Comcast Cable

Ping is a poor choice to begin with.
As Windows 7 is not released you may have driver issues, system it too weak to run Windows 7. (xp is still faster on many things)
Might see if you can offload checksum on the nic both tx and rx and retest.
