Hi, I just went from using Windows XP Pro x64 to Windows 7 x64.

Any FPS game I played on XP I would get a constant ping of 10-25 in any Chicago based server. After going over to Windows 7, any Chicago server I join I get over 100 ping...and I don't know what is wrong. I've done the speed test, and I'll post three ping traces to three Chicago servers, I'm running off a cable modem, with no router, until as of today when I installed 7, I never had any ping issues before. It also seems like my ping issues only coincide with only games I play. My ping on Ventrilo, anything else are normal.

Ping is a poor choice to begin with.

As Windows 7 is not released you may have driver issues, system it too weak to run Windows 7. (xp is still faster on many things)

Might see if you can offload checksum on the nic both tx and rx and retest.

You might want to look into your AV tool, as well as, Windows Error Reporting & Nagle's Algorithm ... see links below.
