I got a new Dell with Windows 7 and I can't make my Lexmark 3150 work...says needs a driver. Does anyone know if that are compatable? If so where can I get a driver?

I have an 'old' HP Deskjet 500 and was able to obtain drivers from the MS site.
Has MS but the onus on Lexmark to provide Win 7 drivers or is the Lexmark totally incapable of working with Win 7 as per Sabertooth's 'SOL'.
Just curious.
