It would help to know what zip drive you are asking about. Is the zip drive an internal? Does it connect using an IDE cable? Does your computer have an available IDE port?

The Iomega 31714 100 MB USB-Powered Zip Drive is what I am looking at, but any zip drive that would use my 100 MB zips on Windows 7. My computer died and the new computer won't use my Iomega Zip Drive with a parallel port.

The link below is for Iomega drivers. The 100MB USB zip drive lists a driver for Vista, but not Windows 7. The Vista driver SHOULD work but no guarantees.

What version of Windows 7 are you using. I ask because I am not sure if the home editions allow it, but I have Ultimate 32 bit and I can install hardware configured as if running under an earlier version of Windows. Look at the link below for help with compatibility mode.
