when i go to my desktop it shows a black screen but when i log into my comp its normal
You are not explaining this clearly enough, You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
try f8 and choose safe mode, does it work?
now reboot, tap f8 and choose last known good config, does it work?i hate computers!
