Have you tried going to Dells website and installing the webcam drivers for that model? Iron Sharpens Iron.
I believe I did & a window comes up that allows me to adjust the brightness, etc. But where do I see what the camera sees?
What is the webcam driver name that you are using ?? Where from did you get the same ?? Have you tried installing any new software or may be any new webcam drivers ?? Also see if the drivers are installed correctly. Solving Technical queries is my passion and I just Love it !!

It says its working properly & there are a whole bunch of other drivers below that one.
Also, can't get the blue tooth to work on here.
