User profile failed, profile can't be loaded

Specs: Windows 7
Hi, When I try to start my Dell Inspiron Lap top, the error message "The user profile service. Service failed the login. User profile can not be loaded" :(
What I can do to solve this issue. Please help me. I couldn't see a administrator or guest account.

start tapping the F8 button as soon as you reboot, it will take you to a screen, choose last known config, if that fails do the same again and choose repair.
should that fail, reboot hit F8 and choose safe mode, in safe mode create a new account, and reboot in the new account move all your files from the user file that you lost to your new account, and delete the old accounts.

you can run a repair of the installation using the repair dvd you should have made when you got the laptop...but if you didnt make one you can get one here:

if that fails you can do a factory restore, however that deletes all files and reset your laptop to the original state as in the day you bought it.see the full info here
