Use Toshiba Windows 7 Upgrade For Other PC?

Hi there. I recently purchased a Toshiba Laptop with the Windows 7 upgrade. I have Vista on the laptop and since I've heard there isn't much difference between them I wondered, if I ordered the upgrade, would I be able to use it on my other laptop that has XP on it?

Personally I'd keep XP and upgrade Vista to Win7 - there's not a lot of difference in how it looks, but a lot of difference in how it runs. "I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us..."

The upgrade disk they sent is designated only for upgrading the Toshiba. The license is only good for it and not for a different system. Richard
