Specs: Windows 7

Could you tell me how (if possible) to upgrade my cardfile.exe program (very old microsoft product) to Windows 7. I can get it to run on Vista, but not Windows 7. Thanks.

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode? If it is during install that it falls over, right click install file and select Troubleshoot Compatibility and follow prompts. If it installed ok but wont run, then try the same trick on the exe file, to find this right click the shortcut select properties and then click 'Find Target'
I've used this feature quite a lot on things I know are incompatible to Windows 7 and so far its not failed to cure the problem.
If that doesn't work take a look here...

Thank you. I tried all the compatability tools. Nothing worked. Anyway, I tried using the azzcardfile program with a trial version. It imported all of my 200+ entries seamlessly so I purchased it immediately. I guess it was time I moved on from a Windows95 program anyway.
Thanks again, Bob A.

Thanks both of you. I also tried compatiiblity mode and it didn't work, so I also went to azz... I guess I'll buy it. I wonder if there's a free version anywhere. But anyway, my version is from windows 3.1. I guess it is time to upgrade lol
Thanks again!
