When I try to uninstall (remove) Java from my laptop computer, after I click on the uninstall tab a prompt comes up asking for permission to let Sun Systems make changes to my hard drive. I do not know if I should say yes. I just want to remove Java not make changes. All the examples I read online did not mention this prompt from Sun Systems.
The changes it refers to are simply the uninstallation. It should be fine. Sometimes uninstallers actually say they are installing the prog, which can be very confusing.
Thanks, it worked. I heard everyone should delete Java because of security problems, now I just hope I don't have any problems without it.
