If you just want to disable it, right click in the toolbar area & uncheck it. Do it for anything else you don't want. For example, the only things I have checked are 'Status bar' & 'Show tabs on a separate row'.

To get rid of the toolbar completely, click on the Start button > Control Panel > Programs & Features, find it on the list, then uninstall it.

What particular toolbar is this?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

If you want to hide the toolbars temporarily, press F11.

You may also be able to rework the toolbar to eliminate one or more lines.
