Ugh, it's a blue arrow in a grey box that pops up and moves the content up and down, so annoying! How can I get rid of it, what is it???
im haveing the same problem withthese 2 arrows in a grey box popping up over everyword cant figure it out.
go to control panel then hardware & sound then to devices & printers then Mouses and then pointers tab and redo your pointer to normal. That should fix it.
Hello All, I finally had tech support help me and after three techs..only one had the solution! In the newer systems there is a tab under mouse properties called "function"..you have to unclick "web assistant" and then unclick "enable icon view" and also unclick "zoom and circular scrolling"..this should get rid of all the pop up mouse icons. It worked!!
