Specs: window 7

Hi I have normal account and it kind of corrupt by virus. So I have a new account with that name . What i haven't noticed was that the new account was temp account. I have migrated all data from the corrupted account to the new account. When the computer rebooted , all the data was gone. Then when i try to find out what was the problem , i release that the new account was temporary one ( which store its profile under User\Temp ). I have tried to backup data using data backup up software , but since it could not locate the path of temp , it doesn't help much. So please help me , is there any technique i should do?

Temporary accounts are temporary. When you reboot, all data in that account is deleted. I've had this problem before. This solved it for me:

This seems to be a common problem in Windows 7.

Did you copy it to the temporary account or just move it? If you moved it you're in trouble. Stop writing to that hard drive as much as you can and install this on another partition/hard drive.

Run it and try to recover as many files as you can.

If you copied the files to the temporary account your files should still be in the original and should be there when you log on.

Hopefully your files are safe somewhere.
