Ok in my business I ordered about 45 PCs with
Windows 7 home premium. I'm using them to ghost
on them windows xp pro, seeing as how the system I
use here isn't supported by 7 yet. I was wondering if I
am able to use one of the product keys on the stickers
that came with the pc on another PC since they won't
be used with windows 7
If I understand you correctly, I can tell you that a Windows 7 Product Key will not be valid for any other version of Windows.
You should have asked here BEFORE buying 45 computers. If you had ordered those 45 computers with a better version of Windows 7 you would be eligible to run WinXP virtual mode for free. "You are not eligible to download Windows XP Mode. You must have Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate to run Windows XP Mode. To upgrade visit Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade".
Look at the link below to learn more about Windows virtual mode.

Did you buy those computers retail?
Sorry I didn't mean to use the code on win xp. I meant since I
won't use those PCs with the windows 7 it came with, can I
use the keys on the stickers to install windows 7 on another
PC?
The keys on those new computers are keyed to that computer. Do you understand response #2?
if each individual computer has not yet had win 7 activated, then you should be able to use the key on another computer. i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
princecorum If these computers are branded OEM computers that came with Windows 7 pre-installed then they don't require activation. Look at the links below for more on this topic.
