tried f2 then f9 to set default, but still stuck on welcome after logging in my password
f2 will probably take you into the BIOS screen
not sure what f9 will dobut have you tried f5 or f8? continuously tapping either of those during boot up will give you adviced boot options, once you have these advanced options boot into safe mode and see if the same happens.
