startech uninstall is not given as an option

Specs: Windows 7

I downloaded the SiS315.zip after upgrading to Windows 7. When unzipped and installed, neither of my dual monitors work. I need to uninstall the program completeley in order to operate in other than safe mode so I can look for windows and Dell downloads to correct.

Are they showing in Device manager?
