I am trying to set up a new Sony Laptop on Windows 7 Pro.I entered an administrator password but the computer will not accept the password and I am locked out.How can I gain access?
I have not even accessed the internet yet on the new laptop.

The computer did not accept the password but you are locked out of your computer. Is this what you are saying ? Did the computer not ask you to re-enter another password and confirm it ? If the computer did not accept the password, then there is no password. Just press enter. CoolGuy
