(SOLVED) W7 3D Screensavers close immediately

Specs: Microsoft Windows 7 x64, 2 GHz / 4025 MB

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT [Drivers are up to date]

Any 3D screensaver that I try to run or test immediately closes once it starts.

The only clue I have that may help is when I disable the Desktop Windows Session Manager (which turns off Aero and other functionality) all of my 3D screensavers run fine.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Solved. It's always the simplest things. Saw I had not upgraded the Motherboard BIOS in a long time ... works like a dream now.
