|Download a copy of Ubuntu Linux (or any Linux distribution which has a 'live cd' function) and get an external USB drive big enough to back up your data to.|
Boot from the Ubuntu disk and choose the option to run it from the CD.
When up & running you should have access to your files - copy them immediately to the external drive.
When finished, shut down, replace the harddrive, reinstall Windows & restore your data.
There's no point in trying to recover the harddrive any further as it will fail completely sooner rather than later, and the longer you leave it, the less chance you have of recovering your data.
