✔ Best Answer

Control Panel>Devices and Printers and delete the camera there. The click add hardware and let windows detect the camera and add it. If this does not work, download the newest drivers from Samsung site for the camera and repeat above.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
This site is about helping people, lets keep it that way.

Another way of resolving it is:
1) go the control panel and get the full list out, click on device manager;
2) below Help, there is an icon for 'scan for hardware changes'; just click on it for scanning;
3) the system will recapture the hardware and will notify you with a popup window;
4) go back to the device manager list, you should see Imaging Devices;
5) click to see if your webcam is installed with driver;
6) if not, right click to update driver (internet access needed)
7) when everything is done, you may test it with any 3rd party programs (I myself used Skype to test it and it works well).

Good luck!
