My Epson LCD projector, and the Sharp Notevsion projector at work, both functioned fine with my Pavilion Laptop when I was running Vista. I upgraded to Window 7 Professional(32) and I cannot get either projector to operate. I tried Function 4 key. I tried the common mobility setting from control panel (to click on the presentation projector icon). This would not work. I tried using an S video cable instead of the 15 pin video cable. This did nothing. I have a pavilion desktop computer as well. I upgraded this computer to Windows 7 professional as well. It works fine with the projector, In fact, all I haver to do it plug it in and the projector automatically works! I did run "Driver Robot" on both computers to upgrade some of the drivers for Windows 7, but I did this to both computers.
I reloaded Windows 7 on the notebook computer once again. It did not change anything. Any constructive suggestions?

Don't know how constructive this is, but have you tried reinstalling the newest video driver, not using Driver Robot, for Windows 7?

Thank you. I have tried this. It turns out that HP has not yet created the new drivers for this laptop. They were supposed to get the drivers to Microsoft for Windows 7, but they did not for my laptop.
