Hello, I need your help.
When I try to extracct the content of a RAR file with drag and drop, all the content of the directory containing the RAR file is moved to the target destination.
Moreover, when I click a file in Winrar it will not open, but is saved in the directory containing the RAR file.

I have found 7 zip to be a better extractor than winrar. Try it, it is free and open source. Link below. I am not sure what file extensions Windows 7 can handle natively.
I have the exactly the same problem but I can't find any solition to fix it. I would like to continue using winrar, not other similar software
pb, this thread is old. Start a new thread with your issue. I think most will recommend you switch. Did you buy winrar or are you using a torrent version? If you bought it, then I suggest you email them with any issues.
