what is a non-system disc or disc error? i turn on my computer and then a black screen is showed and it says non-system disc or disc eror. replace and strike any key when ready.

i then put in the win 7 CD and i cancel installation. the windows starts and works on completely ok. but how to get rid of that and what should i do?

Sounds linke boot partition is not set to active.
Boot from the cd, cancel installation as you described and boot your windows. In windows go into the disc management console, rightclick the primary partition and set the partition to active.
Then reboot the system.

I would also suggest you check & ensure your system's boot priority is configured with the HDD as the primary/first boot device - you do this from within the BIOS.
