Go here and see what Flash Player version you have and whether it is the right one for your browser:

Got your PM - we'll continue on here because it gives a chance for others
to join in (might need them LOL). I will know if you pop back here.First of all go to this direct link and see if you get any sound.
You have to wait until it has loaded (arrow at top changes to a square):
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/b...If that doesn't work, uninstall and re-install Flash Player.
Get uninstaller from here. Do not run it but Save it onto your desktop:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/...
Double click the saved file to uninstall Flash Player.Restart computer then go to the following link and select the appropriate file
(first link after the block of text). Do not run it but Save it onto your desktop:

Double click the saved file to install Flash Player.
[This is the FULL file and not an update].Check to see if this has helped. If it is still the same let me know if you get
this trouble elsewhere (such as YouTube sound). It might be worth
temporarily installing Firefox just to see if that does the same.Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

With Internet Explorer and Flash Player version for Internet Explorer no sound on internet radio stations . Well done Derek for Best Answer.
Thanks If you are bothered about IE:
1. Try disabling all addons except Flash to see if you can find the cause.
or
2. Run IE Repair - there is an automatic fix here:

Some addons and custom setting might get lost but most are easily sorted and addons usually come back in time.Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
