Check you haven't got a CD/DVD in the optical drive, remove any USB memory devices. If you still get the error then hopefully it is a problem with a loose connector to the harddrive, or worse you have a problem with the drive itself - either it has failed or you have lost the boot files. Either way, you need to give more information for a more complete reply.
