To export all programs i have run the below commands wmic:root\cli>Type product get name,version but it displayed only few softwares list from the etire control pannel programs

Edit: You can use Ccleaner aswell (go to Tools, Uninstall and bottom right button is called "Save to text file..."
I agree with BelgianTechie's Edit Note in post #1, i.e.
You can use CCleaner (free) by going to Tools/Uninstall then selecting the bottom right button named "Save to text file".

This may be your best and easiest way to achieve your target.
