Hi. Just wondered if someone knows where I may learn how to delete a registry key (automatically) as soon as it is created.
For example, I know how to create two files (*.reg) that I can click on each manually, and either add a key:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\00000401]
"Layout Text"="Arabic (101)"
... or delete a key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\00000401]
"Layout Text"=-But what I don't know is this: if a program creates itself a key in the registry, I would like to create something that automatically deletes that key as soon as it is created. The important thing is, it needs to happen all on its own, without me being there to do anything.
I have read a couple posts that have a lot similar to my question, so perhaps this is already answered and I can be pointed in the right direction.
This is a solution I hope to use for all varieties of Windows.
I must admit I don't know where to start yet. Thanks!

And why are you trying to delete registry keys as soon as they are created, there's a reason why the keys are created to begin with. If you don't want the keys to be created, I would suggest not installing "these" rogue programs at all.

No problem, understandably it may appear I'm trying to install rogue programs, or up to no good somewhere. Trust me, nothing like that. Just need to know how to do what I specified above.
