Try performing a factory recovery to re-install everything as it was when it left the factory. Go to your laptop manufacturer's website and click on "Support" then choose or enter your laptop model number. There should be instructions there on how to do a factory recovery.

Before you recover try tapping F8 then choose normal mode. If you run the recovery you will need to back everything up. Also you could try running maleware bytes in safe mode.

1. Once the computer boots into safe mode, click the Start button, type msconfig in the search box, and then, in the list of results, click msconfig.exe. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. In the System Configuration dialog box, click the Boot tab.
3. Under boot option Uncheck the box next to Safe boot and apply the settings and restart the computer.

Are you saying that even by tapping F8 and going to Safe Mode it still reboots?

This is fundamental to the answers given so far.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Please explain what "and everything" is.
What you have tried so far as well as your results in detail will go a long way towards helping you and not just making random suggestions to try.
A factory restore is your last resort. WAIT on it!!!
If there is nothing else wrong then using F8 to start Normal or running msconfig and unchecking Safe Mode and restarting will solve it. If there is something that is not coming out in the details you have given, then these are not going to solve anything so tell us all from the beginning and include all details please.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
